OBC DISOWNS SWANA, THREATENS TO EXPEL ERRANT MEMBERS
The Osogbo Book Club on Friday disowned SWANA and vowed to punish its members who attend any illegitimate program organized by the outfit contrary to its directive.
The Coordinator of the Club stated this in a statement that the Club would come hard on members who floated its directive.
According to her, the club will in line with its Constitution punish any erring members.
It would be recalled that the Club on 30th of April officially informed her members and other Concerned Writers in Osun State to boycott the 2022 Edition of SWANA Fiesta describing the organization and the event as unconstitutional, felonious and illegitimate.
Osogbo Book Club by this statement urged its members and the concerned Osun State Writers to dissociate themselves from any illegal fiesta and also called on them to discountenance such gathering.
